We have a simple 4-part system for our sellers where we do all the work.

How We Do It:

  1. CONSULTATION: We gather some info from you about your property. Start by completing the form on the right.
  2. SUBMIT CONTRACT: Sign a 2-page purchase contract. We can fax, email, or mail it to you.
  3. CLOSING: Closing takes place through a licensed title company. The title agent will do all the paperwork and will setup the closing date.
  4. PAY DAY: You get your money. We can wire it or give you a check.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to do business with us. We will walk you through the process and do all the work so you don't have to!
